Parks: Maintains Salem’s parks, providing clean, safe, and green spaces including facilities, playgrounds, splash fountains, sports fields, trails, and more. Maintains recreation activities, including youth day camps, youth sports, and community events.

Libraries: Restores and maintains hours at the main and west Salem branches, and programs that are essential to education and literacy for our entire community.

Senior Center: Supports Center 50+, ensuring vital programs and services continue to assist our senior population in leading active, connected lives.

Public Safety: Dedicates levy funds to the above services, freeing up existing City funds for police, fire, and emergency response services, maintaining core public safety services across Salem.

Financial Responsibility: Implements strict financial oversight with regular audits to ensure every dollar is spent wisely and transparently.
